How do I place an order?

Once you have chosen the product and period of hire go to our order form and select the product from the drop down list. For prices go to our price list.

How do I pay?

After the order has been placed we will send a paypal invoice by email which will allow you to pay by any debit or credit card. Please email us if you wish to pay by any other method.

Is a deposit required?

No there is no deposit payable

Is a there a minimum rental period?

The minimum hire period is 3 days for most items with the exception of items from our New Born range, Pregnancy range and TENS Hire.

Will I receive the exact items shown?

We will endeavor to provide the items shown in on the website, however should the item be unavailable then we will substitute it for an item of the same quality.

Do you provide linen?

Sleeping bags and bottom sheets are available on request.

Are the products new?

All our hire equipment is purchased from new. It is checked thoroughly after each hire period for any defects. The matress to our moses baskets are replaced with a brand new one after each hire period. Pads to the TENS machines are replaced with new ones after each hire period

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please contact us. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the requested date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

How do I return the items?

We will arrange for a courier to collect the items, all we ask it that the items are placed back in the packaging and the return shipping label is attached.
